Style, size and photo changes
Once you place your order, you agree that it is a custom product that will go into production immediately and that no further changes can be made.

Address changes
If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us with your order number, current shipping address, and the address you would like to change. We can change the address until your order leaves our facility!

Damaged/incorrectly printed items
If the product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and return it at no charge. Please contact us here with a picture of the item and the order number. We will reprint your item and return it to you within seven business days.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your product, we offer free reprints. Please fill out our contact form and include a picture of your item with an explanation of the problem and your order number so a member of our team can assist you.
Return your items within seven days of receiving your order.

Damaged/incorrectly printed items can only be replaced within 30 Days from the original order date. After this 30-Day period, Taylorsroad will not be responsible for replacing damaged or incorrectly printed items.

Hygiene products
Hygiene items are excluded from the return policy due to the spread of infections and diseases. Once hygiene items such as personal care products and bras are used up, we cannot take the products back.

An exception applies if the products are unused and in their original packaging. Send us a photo as proof.

Please note that the design, size, color and picture you upload will be printed on your item. If the wrong size, color or image is selected and shipped to you, Taylorsroad will not be responsible for replacing those items.

Disclaimer for product images
Please note that while we make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products in detail, due to changes in screen resolution, we cannot guarantee that every photo in production will accurately reflect the actual color of the merchandise. Please contact us prior to purchase if you have any questions about the color, material or size of an item.

Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we will gladly replace it and make sure your order gets to you. If you do not want the package replaced, we will have to wait 14 days before refunding the order if the package finds its way to you and is delivered. Our customer service team will check in with your order periodically during the two weeks to track progress and keep you accurately informed.

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 3 hours of placing your order as we only need one day to produce it. If you cancel within this time frame, you will receive a full refund. Since your personalized products are unique and made just for you, a $9 fee per item is included in your purchase. If you need to cancel your order within 3 hours of purchase, we will refund the full price of your item minus the $9 customization fee.
